Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, sizes, colors, and design details before confirming the order. Customlabelstore.com is not responsible for any errors submitted by the customer.

For some orders, we may provide a digital proof/mock-up before production. Production begins only after your final approval. Delay in approval may affect the estimated delivery timeline.

Please review all proofs carefully and provide feedback promptly to avoid delays.

Standard processing time is 2–5 business days, depending on order volume. Bulk or large orders may require additional processing time. Processing time does not include courier/shipping time.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Customlabelstore.com ships across India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues. Lost, missing, or damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or delivery attempt.

All custom-made and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photos or video as proof. Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued after verification.

All designs created by Customlabelstore.com are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed.

By uploading artwork or designs, the customer confirms that they own the rights or have permission to use them. The customer is responsible for any copyright or trademark violations in their submitted content.

Customers may not upload or request designs that include:

• Copyrighted artwork without permission
• Hate speech, abusive or offensive language
• Illegal or harmful content
• Misleading, obscene, or restricted material

Customlabelstore.com reserves the right to reject such orders without notice.

Customlabelstore.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.
