Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide the highest quality labels and printing solutions. Since every order is custom-made, refunds & cancellations follow specific guidelines to ensure fairness and production accuracy.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within **2 hours** if production has not started.
Printed Orders
Orders that entered printing or cutting **cannot be cancelled**.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Free reprint for damaged or incorrect orders with proof submitted within 48 hours.
Returns
Because labels are customized, returns are not accepted unless defective.
Artwork Issues
No refunds for customer artwork errors (resolution, spelling, incorrect size, etc.).
Delayed Deliveries
We cannot refund for courier delays, but we always ensure timely dispatch.
Proof Approval
After proof approval, no changes/refunds can be given.
Replacement Window
Replacement claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Note
All label orders are custom-made and non-refundable unless inspected and approved for reprint due to production defects. Our priority is quality and customer satisfaction.
